Use this guide to manually transcode a file that's already uploaded to an asset in the Content Library.

In the left-hand navigation menu, select Content to expand it, then select Content to open the Content Library.

Navigate to the folder containing the asset, and select the asset to open it.

Scroll to the Files section, and select the ⋯ menu next to the file you want to transcode.

Select Transcode.

Under Video Presets, Audio Presets, and/or Normalisation Presets, select + and choose the preset(s) to apply. Only presets tagged for the file's media type appear.

Optionally, turn off Automatically select transcoded file if you don't want the new output to become the asset's selected file once the job completes.

Select Transcode.
Tips:

You can select presets from more than one category (Video, Audio, Normalisation) in the same transcode.

Track the job's progress on the Jobs tab under Transcode.
