Creating a New Preset

Use this guide to create a new transcode preset.

1. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Transcode, then the Presets tab.

2. Select New Preset. This opens the Create Transcode Job Preset panel.

3. Enter a Name and, optionally, a Short Name and Description.

4. Select the File Type(s) the preset applies to — Audio, Font, Graphic, and/or Video.

5. Select a Requisite Type — Derivative, Hi Res Preview, Thumbnail, or Web Preview.

6. Select a Preset Type — Audio, Normalisation, or Video.

7. Enter the preset's JSONata expression in the code editor beneath Preset Type.

8. Select Save.
