Use this guide to update an existing automatic rule.

In the left-hand navigation menu, select Transcode, then the Automatic Rules tab.

Select the rule you want to edit. This opens its Rules Editor panel.

Update the rule's Name or Description as needed.

To change a criteria block, expand it and update its Name, Description, Presets, or Conditions. Select the trash icon next to a criteria block to remove it, or + next to Criteria to add another.

Optionally, turn Automatically select transcoded file on or off.

Select Save.
Tips:

Use the ⋯ menu at the top of the panel to make the rule Active or Inactive, Delete it, or Undo Changes.
