Use this guide to update an existing folder's settings in the Content Library.
-
In the left-hand navigation menu, select Content to expand it, then select Content to open the Content Library.
-
Navigate to the folder you want to edit.
-
Right-click the folder. (Left-clicking it opens the folder instead of editing it.) This opens the Edit panel.
-
Update any of the following as needed: Name, Description, Design Parameters (Width, Height, Video Codec, Audio, Transparency, Frame Rate, Duration), Automated Transcode Rules, and Subscribed Shows.
-
Select Save, which appears at the bottom of the panel once you've changed a field.
Tips:
-
Use the ⋯ menu at the top of the panel to Delete the folder, Undo Changes, or Move it to a different parent folder.
-
Under Automated Transcode Rules, select Add Rule to attach an existing rule, or New Rule to create and attach one at the same time. See Assigning Automatic Transcode Rules.
-
A Design Parameter you set here becomes the default that assets inside this folder inherit, unless an individual asset overrides it.
