Use this guide to create a new, empty asset in the Content Library. To add an asset by uploading a file directly, see Uploading a New File instead.
-
In the left-hand navigation menu, select Content to expand it, then select Content to open the Content Library.
-
Navigate to the folder you want to add the asset to.
-
Select Asset above the folder and asset list. This opens the Create asset panel.
-
Enter a Name.
-
Select the asset's Media Type — Audio, Font, Graphic, or Video.
-
Optionally, set Key, Key Priority, Status, Expected Delivery, and Asset Priority.
-
Optionally, expand Design Parameters to add a Description and, for Audio and Video assets, set End Behaviour.
-
Select Save.
Tips:
-
You must set the Media Type before a file can be attached to the asset.
-
A newly created asset has no file yet. See Uploading a New File to attach one.
