Editing an Existing Cue

This guide explains how to edit any existing cue in the PV4 Portal, including Single, Multi, and Sequence cues.

1. Log into the PV4 Portal and navigate to your current Show.

2. In the left-hand navigation menu, select Cues.

3. Navigate to the Cue Type that contains the cue you wish to edit.

4. In the cue list, click on the cue you want to modify.

5. The Cue Slide-Out Panel will appear on the right side of the screen.

6. Make any required changes to the cue.

   • You can update all fields available to that cue (e.g., naming, numbering, templates, surfaces, timings, behaviours, objects, exposed fields etc.).

   • The fields shown will vary depending on whether the cue is a Single, Multi, or Sequence cue.

7. Review your changes to ensure the cue behaves as intended.

8. Scroll to the bottom of the slide-out panel and press Save to apply your updates.

9. Test the cue to confirm it operates correctly within the show.
