To import a Template please ensure you are logged in to the Online Portal, that you have an Event selected, and that you have the necessary permissions to import a Template.
Importing a Template copies it from another Show into the currently selected Show.

Login to the Online Portal

Navigate to “Cue Templates” from the Main menu

Click the “Import” button which can be found above the pre-existing list of Templates to the right hand side

Search for and select the Show that contains the Template you want to import

Search for and select the Template you want to import from that Show

Add a “Name” and, optionally, a “Description” for the imported Template

Select the Surface for the imported Template

Press “Import”
