To import a Surface to an Event please ensure you are logged in to the Online Portal and that you have the necessary permissions to import a Surface.

Login to the Online Portal

Select the Event for which the Surface will be imported into

Navigate to "Surfaces" from the Main menu

Click on the "Import" button which can be found above the pre-existing list of Surfaces to the right hand side

Specify all areas for the Imported Surface:

Search for the Global Surface

Add a Name for the Imported Surface

Press "Save" at the bottom of the Surface slide-out
