Applications shows every application version your instance has access to, and lets you download those versions directly from the Portal.
Preferred versions
Each application type has a preferred version, which is the version you'd expect a show to use by default. You can set the preferred version for an application type from the ••• menu on any version in the All applications list, using Set Preferred.

Applications on a show
Once a show is selected, its own Applications screen shows the application versions available to that show. This view is read-only — application versions are currently assigned at the instance level, not per show.
Assigning a specific application version to an individual show, and downloading it from within the show, is planned but not yet available.
